Sisters rocking it for the Bookfair

The gorgeous Anzin Sullivan Girls.

The Fanciest Nancy in the North

For Bookfair 2010 Bailey chose to go as "Fancy Nancy". You had to chose a character from a book you like and take the book with you.
We had fun getting this outfit together, although there was a mad rush to get to school on time!

Styling up!

Bookfair 2010 - I don't think we're in Kansas anymore Toto

Dorothy AKA Gorgeous Georgia Girl Sullivan
Loving those braids...

Toto... (Sit Ubu Sit, good dog - Opps, wrong one!!)

Modern day Dorothy Shoes....

Dressing up with the girls for Bookfair

Mark went as Biker Boy (ha ha, just kidding but he rode straight from night shift and it was either this or his fireman outfit!) Erin is dressed in her "Pebbles"outfit.
Pebbles just taking a moment in between photo shoots.

Georgia insisted on Erin having her hair up!

Shake it Baby!

Welcome Baby Ollie

One of Marks good friends became a dad for the first time. Welcome Baby Olive Megarrell. We went to visit Ollie at the hospital, Erin doesnt look like the baby anymore! Mum, do you remember Liam? He was the one who visited the night of Nikkis dog saga with the big tattoo??

What we do when the Visitors leave...

Oops the photos are back to front!! Here is the finished product.

Mark painting the concrete a greyish colour..

Laying the foundation for the fake grass. We really wanted a deck but with me on maternity leave and the money drying up, fake grass it was!

And the Visit continues...

On Mum, Dad & Don's last night we all went down to the Trailer Boat Club for sunset, dinner and good times.
A Couple of Grandad Bills favourite grandgirls...

Julia stopped by for a quick photo with me....check out Georgia and Bailey, they are way uncool!

Such a beautiful sunset. A memory of Darwin for my Mum. XX

More of Mums visit...

When I had Erin and mum was here all I wanted was Puftaloons. For some reason or another Mum didn't make them and I have had to wait another 8 months to have them. They were delicious and it was a new eating pleasure for Don (much better than the greeks...)
Here Erin is also having one of Grandma Gems Puftaloons.

Bridgette made us all go out for coffee and house inspection. Naughty Bridgette!

The customary fire station visit with Fireman Anzin.

Greek night out

One of the things to do on Don's list when he came to Darwin was to go to a proper Greek restaurant. I sent him, Mum and Dad into town to scope out Yots and Manolis. We ended up at Manolis for dinner and had a really great night out. Nikki babysat for us so it was a rare night out for Mark & I with NO kids!! YIPPEE.
We may not have had kids with us, but that didnt stop us acting like kids. Here I am doing an impersonation of Erins "Piggy face" cheered on by Bridgette.

Oh how serious she looks now!

Aunty Bev and Uncle Keith come for Dinner

Aunty Bev and Uncle Keith came for dinner. It has been YEARS since I saw them and they were exactly the same as I remembered. We had a lovely night.
LJ stopped by for a hug with Grandma Gemma.

Making memories, was such a lovely night!

Aunty Bev, Uncle Keith and the Erinator.

Grandma Gem and Grandad Bill come to visit.

Grandma Gem and Grandad Bill came to visit us. Dad set off on an elusive Barra chase with his friend from Ballina, Don. Mum made sure Don got a tour of the East Point War Memorial and saw the picture of Grandad (Greg Ryall). In this picture Mum is pointing him out.

Don, Mum and Dad.
Lunch at Buzz

Mum helping the girls with homework!

Aunty Leonie and Shannyn come to visit

Aunty Leonie came to Darwin to run the half marathon with me. She spent a lot of time around the pool....
Shannyn came too and he also ran 5km in a team for the half marathon. Georgia, Bailey, Mark and Erin cheered us on from the side. We made the ABC news that night!

We took Leonie and Shannyn to the wave pool.

All tucking into some snacks after catching a few waves and rays...

Camping at the Gorge

Erin just hanging around in the bucket.

It wasn't all fun, there was hard work too. We made the girls paddle up the first gorge and back. It was really beautiful. Bailey didn't even pretend that she was into paddling and refused point blank to even get a paddle, Georgia at least collected a paddle although it was only for looks as she didn't use it.....

Georgia and I before she mentioned she wasnt going to paddle, then I kicked her out and got Bailey instead!!

Here's Val at the pool grounds taking photos!

Still July/August

We went camping at Katherine Gorge. It is probably more like Glamping than camping as the camp ground is very civilised with toilets, shower, pool for kids and a cafe!

The girls sitting around the pool having some girl time.

Mick, Mark and the girls just "chilling"in the pool. I say "chilling"because it was in July and a bit cool in the pool.....

Home Sweet Home...

Out to Dinner with Baileys Friends

Bailey and I went out for dinner with some of her friends that she met at creche when she was only 1. She has a group of girls who still catch up and play when they can, even though now they all go to different schools. The special occasion for this night out was that Heidi was back in town visiting, after moving for good to live in Bali.
Bailey & Chloe. Chloe is born on the exact same day as Bailey and often we had to co-ordinate the birthdays as their friend group was the same!

Bailey, Chloe and Cary posing up...

Guess who has control of the camera here??? Self portrait perhaps Bay Who??
